When you place the order, your will get an email entitled "Thank you, you've paid". This gives you a transaction reference, showing that your payment has been accepted, as well as our contact details. After completing your order you will also see an acknowledgement screen from us confirming the order has been placed. This also quotes the transaction number. You will see from your account page the status of your order (pending/despatched etc)
